For 昀椀ve decades, Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake has shaped the lives of
thousands of Jewish children, nurturing con昀椀dent leaders, passionate advocates
for Israel, and proud members of vibrant Jewish communities.
Jewish summer camp is more than just a place for fun and friendship - it is a
proven pathway to lifelong Jewish engagement and leadership. Campers leave
Sprout Lake with a deep love for Jewish tradition, a strong sense of identity, and
lasting connections - to Israel, the Jewish people, and to one another.
In today’s world - one where anti-semitism is on the rise and Jewish identity
is increasingly challenged, the role of immersive Jewish education has shown
to be one of the single greatest investments for the future of a strong Jewish
community. At Sprout Lake, campers are empowered to ask questions, celebrate
their history, and grow into the next generation of proud, resilient Jewish adults.
Our 50th anniversary marks a time to re昀氀ect, and a time to build for the next
generation.
We are launching a bold vision for the future, a Capital Campaign that will expand
our ability to serve more families and strengthen our mission.
